Graham Hill is a well known Midlands-based football writer who has written for the Birmingham Mail, the Sunday Mercury and national newspapers over the last 30 years – and he is the founder and owner of ‘Villa Roar’. A lifelong Aston Villa supporter, he saw his first game in 1972 – a 2-0 win over Swansea Town (as they were called then). Graham has been a regular at Villa Park and seen the highs and the lows. He set up this site to bring you a close-up view of events at the club for its millions of followers
