VILLA boss Dean Smith has chosen to keep the same team that finished on Sunday at Blues for tonight’s clash at Nottingham Forest.
That means starting spots for John McGinn and Andre Green.
Smith recognises the pair made a significant difference when they came on at St Andrew’s.
But Glenn Whelan, who was one of Villa’s most impressive players in the 4-0 win over Derby County, has to make do with a place on the bench.
Wide man Albert Adomah is also among the subs after he was taken off at Blues.
They are looking for a third successive win – but Martin O’Neill’s Nottingham Forest will provide a severe test.
O’Neill is also aiming for the play-offs along with a string of other club who are just outside the top six.
