VILLA striker Scott Hogan could be on Bristol City’s radar this summer.
But the ex-Brentford striker’s wages may prove too much for the Ashton Gate club.
Hogan was out of the picture under Steve Bruce despite his £9million move from Brentford two years ago.
And the 26-year-old was loaned out to promotion chasing Sheffield United when. Dean Smith took over the reins at Villa Park.

Hogan has made three appearances for the Blades so far but has yet to find the net.
And it seems certain that Villa will look to sell him when he returns – even though Tammy Abraham will be returning to Chelsea.
But Hogan’s deal came with a high salary and he is unlikely to take a huge cut in wages.
That could be the sticking point with any move to Lee Johnson’s side.
Explaining his decision to loan Hogan out in January, Villa boss Smith told reporters: “It’d take a drastic loss of form from Tammy for Scott to get into the team.
“And we have Jonathan Kodjia and Keinan Davis. Scott needs game time.”
