VILLA boss Dean Smith insists the club are NOT heading for the same points dedication punishment as Blues.
Birmingham City received a nine point hit from the EFL for breaching FFP regulations.
And reports have suggested Villa are among the clubs who could be next.
But Smith says that the club have no such worries – even if they stay in the Championship next season.

The Villa boss told reporters: “I’m led to believe we’re fine with it.
“It hasn’t changed. We’re quite happy with where we’re at.
“We’re in very good hands with two superb owners and a chief executive who helped make the rules on Profit and Sustainability.
“They’re quite happy and with that I am happy.”
Smith has echoed the words of Villa’s Chief Executive Christian Purslow who has made the situation clear.
The Villa boss added: “At my unveiling, Christian spoke about it then and said we want to comply and will comply.
“I think he spoke two months later and reiterated the commitment to that.
“There’re certainly a lot of stories which pop up everywhere without the clubs knowing too much about it.”
