FORMER Aston Villa striker Emile Heskey believes Jack Grealish has a big decision to make if Dean Smith’s side do not get promoted next month.
Villa are eyeing a Premier League place if they get to into the play-offs and win at Wembley.
But if they fall short then Heskey says skipper Grealish faces a dilemma.
The boyhood Villa fan knows top flight clubs want him – and it could also be the key to an England call-up.
Heskey told Football League World via media agency Ready 10: “Jack Grealish is Aston Villa through and through, but he’ll have a decision to make if they don’t get promoted.
“Gareth Southgate’s mentioned players needing to feature in the Premier League, so this’ll be in Grealish’s mind.
“He’s a great young player, who I played with when he was only 15, and he stood out then.

“He’s just signed a new contract, so if teams will be looking to get his signature it will have to take a large amount of money. But it’s going to be tough for him to turn down.”
But Heskey maintains that Villa have enough strength in depth to be able to come through the play-offs and end their three-season exile in the Championship.
The former Leicester and Liverpool striker added: “Aston Villa will be confident of promotion with the players they’ve got.
“The likes of Tammy Abraham who can get you goals, along with one of the best squads in the league.
“With the football they’re playing and the strength they’ve got, it’s do-able.”
