ANOTHER Villa record could be matched at Leeds United tomorrow.
If Dean Smith’s side can make it 11 wins in a row with victory at Elland Road, then they will equal a record set in 1897.
Their run of 10 successive League wins beat a club record set in 1910.
This one is an all-competition best and was spread over two seasons.
But it is another landmark to aim for, even though Villa’s place in the Play-offs is assured.

Smith wants to keep the wins coming as he hopes to overhaul West Brom in fourth spot so that Villa would play their second leg play-off game at home.
Clearly, wins at Leeds – and Norwich on the final day – would see the record books totally rewritten.
But those sort of achievements are mere side dishes compared to the main course of promotion.
Smith admitted he does not follow the record books in that much detail. When told of the next potential milestone, he said: “I didn’t know that, you’ve obviously been doing some statto stuff there
“It’d be some achievement but we’re playing a team who’ve been fighting for second place in the table so I’ll be our toughest fixture so far.”
