PUNDIT Dean Ashton reckons the Championship Play-offs will be all about one man – Jack Grealish.
And, speaking on EFL on Quest, the former striker says Aston Villa will be the team to get promoted.
Villa boss Dean Smith could afford to rest half of his first choice team on Sunday in the final match of the regular Championship season against title winners Norwich.
It means players such as Grealish, John McGinn, Tyrone Mings and Tammy Abraham will come back for the Play-off semi-finals against West Brom refreshed.
Villa confirmed their Play-off place over Easter, and while Albion have been certain of a top six place for a while, they have had uncertainty behind the scenes after sacking boss Darren Moore and falling to appoint a long-term replacement.

Grealish, 23, inspired Villa to a 10-match winning run after returning from three months out with a shin injury.
And Ashton says the Villa captain will be the key to Play-off success for Dean Smith’s side.
Ashton said: “It’s going to be all about Jack Grealish for me.
“If he plays in the games, he wins them the games.”
Asked who will win the play-offs, Ashton replied: “Aston Villa.”
